    Hi,

    I am trying to remove this square box completely from displaying on every page. What line of CSS or code should I input to remove this? (screenshot attached)
    Have already added this css:
    .section-page-title h2 {
    visibility: hidden;
    }
    .main-header .right-block-inner,
    .content-wrapper .page-nav {
    display: none;
    }
    Thanks! Appreciate the assistance!

    Hey Mihai,

    I’m having an error with the drop down menu button (screenshot attached) not working when it’s clicked on Mobile.

    I got directly in touch with WPTouch first….they looked on the backend & said the error is being caused by the desktop theme so to get in contact with you guys in regards.

    Question: What should I do or change to try to get this changed so that the dropdown menu works? Not sure what could be causing/overriding it to create the error :/

    Button not working is shown in my attachment.

    Thanks!!!

    -Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for the WP access, however since we’ll need to debug the main JS script, we’ll need your FTP credentials as well.

    Thanks for your understanding,
    Mihai

    Hi Ryan,

    I can see that the responsive menu you are currently using is generated by WPtouch Mobile Plugin that isn’t compatible with the default theme’s menu functionality.
    Our responsive menu is using a different construction and CSS classes that are using to fire the scripts at the tap action.
    Please either contact a paid customization service like WPmatic https://wpmatic.io/ in order to ask for an integration work or disable WPtouch Mobile Plugin in order to fix the problem.

    Best Regards

    Hi Mihai,

    The drop down menu in the top right is working perfectly for one of my sites, http://www.TheWoodGroupTucson.com, but not for my site, ProlificFitness.com.

    They are both the same & use the Mont Blanc theme…just trying to get it working before the start of next week 🙂 I understand you mentioned your responsive menu is using a different construction/etc, but it surely can work if it works on my other Tesla themed site-> http://www.thewoodgrouptucson.com

    What can be the reasoning why it’s working for my other site? Can do you best recommend for me getting this site to be responsive on mobile? Can this Wp touch plugin work somehow as it does for my other site?

    greatly appreciate the help/assistance.

    thanks

    -Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for your message.

    I have inspected a little the code from http://thewoodgrouptucson.com/ and I observed that is using the default theme markup for the responsive menu. That is why the responsive menu works here.
    I am guessing that it isn’t the plugin itself but some settings from it that you have used for the other site that has replaced the default responsive menu button.

    You can just check and use the same bunch of settings for the WPtouch Mobile Plugin on your http://www.prolificfitness.com site.

    Best Regards

    Hi Mihai,

    I’ve switch to ShiftNav plugin for my site to display properly on mobile.

    When you visit the website home page, http://www.ProlificFitness.com on mobile, you’ll see that there is a blank white space at the top that keeps displaying… (screenshot attached to see).

    How can I remove this via a line of code or CSS?

    -Ryan
