  Hello

  I need new contact form on sales I make on my site http://shop.asianbusinessonline.com. is it possible to clone [tesla_contact] shortcode to use on my success page after purchase.

  I will like to keep same look for contact form, else I have to add another plugin for manage these forms, but that is not first priority.

  Hi Tom,

  Could you please tell us where is located your success page?
  If it is on the same WordPress installation that runs the Revoke theme, you can use the contact form shortcode on unlimited pages.
