  I’ve gone in and updated my email for the contact form but I am seeing an error when submitting the form. The error reads “Unable to send message”.

  Login is attached to this ticket and I have supplied screenshots for the form and the experience as well.

  The desired outcome is once someone fills out the form the message is sent to my email (entered in the Receivers email) within the forms settings in the theme.

  Please send your FTP (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password and optional: FTP port) credentials as a reply to the email you just got from us that contains this thread.   Thanks for the credentials.
  Could you please let me know what application have you used to login by FTP?
  I’ve just tried to login using FileZilla but unfortunately, have failed:

  Command: Trust new Hostkey: Once
  Error: Could not connect to server

  Can you please check and maybe unblock my access by the IP address:188.138.225.8
  or country: Moldova
