    But, the web again shows the html code in the mobile view.
    What plugin can be: Bakery visual composer? This plugin can not be disabled, right?

    Hi Esther,

    Awesome! I am glad that it helped you. As for the phone number, unfortunately, I cannot see a way in order to send it as a header because if include it blocks the other headers like the email sender which I think is more important for you.

    I am guessing that it is a setting from Jetpack by WordPress.com that breaks the shortcodes rendering. I have deactivated it in order to solve the issue.

    And also the translation problems of woocommerce that I was referring to in my previous communication.

      Thank you very much Michel, but I finally had to use Contact Form 7 for the contact forms. We need to know the data of the person who writes us through the web, his name and his telephone, not just the email.
      It’s a shame because the layout of the template forms is nicer, but totally useless.
      Now I am changing all the forms and to do it in some pages, I have to do it with wp bakery in the frontend. And I can not edit it because in the frontend nothing appears to me. Have you deactivated my wp bakery editor?

    First check if you have Frontend enabled for your user group – this can be done under WP Admin – Visual Composer – Role Manager. If you do not see Frontend editor option in Role Manager or if it is activated, but still not available it could be so that your WP theme author disabled Frontend editor from his/her theme configuration. In such case it is recommended to contact theme author directly to get information on reasons disabling Frontend and step by step guide on how to remove this blocker to enable Frontend editor.

I will check with the devs in order to see what they can do. We haven’t disabled the Frontend Editor from Visual Composer within the code. I can see that it is available as an option. Are you encountering a forever loading white screen issue while trying to use it? Can you please specify what page exactly are you trying to edit using the Frontend Editor? Greetings, Mihai

    It looks like the problem with the front end editor is similar to this one:

    I hope that they will release soon a plugin update that will fix the issue.

    Sorry for asking, but just to make sure. Are you encountering problems with modifying the mentioned strings for the https://alisne.es website?

    I have just to send a ticket to Visual Composer Support.
    I just started developing a new web and I can not do anything by the Visual Composer frontend problem.

    In relation with the translations of the strings, yes, the page I have installed woocommerce and where I have problems is https://alisne.es

    Hi Esther,

    I am sorry, just forgotten to mention that we have fixed the issue with the Front End editor by downgrading Visual Composer plugin as advised by a member from WPBackery.

    Could you please check it?

    Thank you very much. I have now 5.0.1 version and the upgrade is 5.2 and the frontend is working now with the old version.
    I´ll wait to a superior one to upgrade.

    Can you tell me anything about the translations from my previous query?

    Hi Esther,

    I am sorry for the delay but I was searching for a solution regarding the translation because it looks like the language files which you have already translated are missing those strings and for some reasons, Loco Translate cannot scan again the theme’s files in order to find the missing strings.

    It will be a solution to generate a new translation file but in this case, you will have to start from the scratch with the strings translations so I am just looking for a better suitable way of adding just the missing entries.

    Hi Esther,

    It took me a lot of time to understand that the actual translations were using a different .pot file that contained an incomplete list of strings.
    So after renaming it in hotelia/languages/_hotelia.pot, I have been able to sync. the strings list and get the missing ones.
    Please access https://alisne.es/wp-admin/admin.php?path=themes%2Fhotelia%2Flanguages%2Fes_ES.po&bundle=hotelia&domain=hotelia&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit and translate the remaing strings.

    Thank you very much for your time and your dedication Michel, at last I have been able to translate all the elements of the shopping cart into Spanish.
    But I’ll ask you if you could review a small detail. I would like the product page, (https://alisne.es/apartamentos/), that the translation of “read more” as “leer más”, to be “reservar”.

    This looks like an issue with the post_max_size value from the server.
    Please contact the hosting provider and ask them to increase it in order to be able to save such big translations files.
