    Hi,
i have written you over a month ago about your approach regarding lifetime licence and paying for non functioning basic theme elements (not additional customization), and did not got a response.

Having in mind that are basic theme elements and that passed too much time and i have to solve issues as soon as possible, thank you in advance for the fast solution regarding bugs from this ticket, and looking forward for your response regarding support approach (do i have to pay for fixing bugs on basic theme elements? and in every case how the further (annual or?) support for help adapting your themes function?)

    I need to fix:
    1) opened menu does not scroll on pages with Default Template http://organic.premiumfactory.rs/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-%D0%B3%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%98%D0%B0/

    2) On Firefox (example in attachment) some elements disappear when you scroll down trough slides and than go up http://organic.premiumfactory.rs

I am sending you working version links (same state is on the main website http://organiclivefest.com) and i would transfer it when is fixed.

Thank you in advance for the fast response.

    Best regards!

    Hello Mina,

This is Alice Kennedy, Business Manager for Tesla Themes. I have been reviewing the communication in your support tickets and would like to address your concerns. Your understanding that our support staff must continue to assist indefinitely is unfortunately incorrect. Kindly understand that we are not trying to disrespect you at all. We value our customers. Please keep in mind two policies stated in the language on our website as follows:

We only provide support for one year, and your period for support ended November 2, 2016 (almost 10 months ago). Should you have experienced issues in your one-year support period, we would have been happy to address them (and I understand that we did provide an immense amount of support in that period and beyond).

Please note that as Mihai states, you are asking for customization for one of your customers’ sites. Our themes are not buggy and incomplete. They are all set up differently with different functionality (including the menus), and you are attempting to take features from one of our themes and make them work on another theme. This is customization and not basic. Please see the FAQ section on our website https://teslathemes.com/pricing/ outlining the one-year period of support.

Please also see the developer responsibility in the FAQ section when purchasing a developer license: ‘A Standard license is suitable for personal sites or blogs. A Developer license (which you purchased) is suitable for agencies, freelancers, developers willing to customize the themes for their clients, and includes the PSD files.’ Note the reference to ‘willing to customize the themes for their clients’ – meaning it is the developer who purchases the themes who is responsible for customization. This is the agreement that you signed up for when you purchased the developer license. We apologize if you misunderstood that we are giving you an ultimatum – we were trying to be helpful in suggesting that you could request assistance for customization through another channel. Please note that customization is not provided by our company directly, and that you can request services from any developer that you trust and like.

We distribute our plugins under the GPLv2 license, provided you adhere to those terms you are free to use the themes as you see fit which includes installing and activating it on more than one site. The subscription fee is for updates and support for yourself directly, and not for your client sites. May we recommend that you sign up as an affiliate https://teslathemes.com/affiliation-program/ and have your customers purchase the themes individually? In that way, your customers can request support directly from us.

I trust that this explains the scope of support and developer licenses, and that we will no longer be able to provide support to you. The good news is that you still have lifetime access to all of our themes and future updates.

    Sincerely,

    Alice Kennedy
