    This is not a theme issue;

    We have inspected that the issue you are getting is related an outdated PHP version.

    You will need to contact your hosting provider for PHP upgrading steps;

    Please make sure that your WordPress installation is running, at least, the PHP version specified in the minimal WordPress requirements here:

    https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

    Hi Didier,
    It can’t be. PHP 5.6 should perfectly work.
    Please provide us with your FTP credentials in order to allow us to inspect what is the actual PHP version used

    I’am so sorry,

    There where a very old version of PHP (from the last century, I wasn’t born) on hosting provider

    It’s work perfectly now.

    Hi Didier,

    I am sorry but Riverside is based on Visual Composer page builder and it doesn’t support the shortcodes you have specified below.
    Please use Visual Composer in order to build your own page layout.
