    Hi again Mihai,
    I used this theme for another website, on my localhost, the shop page turned out fine (although when I click on one product, it led me to a single product page that’s white, ) and I decided just to try to put the theme on the server. And all three pages show nothing but an empty white. I used WooCommerce v 2.x.x as it seems that the theme template has outdated wc templates. I also notice that the shop page is blank on page editor, but although I tried to edit it, it keeps on being like that. Any idea why?
    Probably you can help/explain to me what to do? I tried to read the forum but none of the tickets help me (there are few same issue but I didn’t find the solution)

    p.s. small issue, do you know why is the title on the rev slider looks like the attachment? It was fine before on my local setup.
    Thank you!

    Hi there,

    I have updated the WooCommerce plugin to the latest available one and activated it. The theme should work normally using it.
    Also, I have removed the sidebar meta from the Shop page beecause I can see that you are using Visual Composer on it and it cannot work together with the sidebar form page’s meta.
    If you want to add a sidebar for your shop page, please split the columns using Visual Composer and add the widgets in the right/left column either remove all the Visual Composer’s shortcodes from the Shop page, make sure that you have selected it as your Products Page from WooCommerce’s settings and use the “Sidebar Position” page meta in order to add a sidebar.

    Can you please let me know on what device are you testing the slider?

    Best Regards,
    Mihai

    Thank you, the shop is now showing 🙂 I only have VC on that page because when I opened it, it was blank and I was trying to put something. Are you saying I am not supposed to use the VC there?
    Do you have any template screen shot on the VC of shop page? That would be helpful. I saw sometimes you gave it on the forum.

    But the contact page is still blank. Any idea what I’m supposed to do with this one?

    I was testing it on my desktop pc, but now it’s good!

    two other issues, I have (again) problem with the dropdown menu. It’s too wide and it’s not centered. I don’t think I can use the custom css you gave me for beatrix (i tried, hehe, it didn’t work), do you mind helping me out on this one as well?

    last, can you check on the screenshot, I am not sure why but there is a line keep on showing up at the footer area. When I hover on the social media things, it’s gone but when I didn’t it’s there.

    Thank you Mihai! Have a good day!

    Hi,

    You could simply leave the Shop page blank and then just have it selected from WooCommerce’s settings in order to display the products on it:
    https://drive.google.com/a/teslathemes.com/file/d/0B-OaWUxuHvUOYzVfNU1SZlNPV0k/view?usp=drivesdk

    For the contact page, I can see that there is a JS error in the browser’s console that prevents the page from loading correctly.
    The error is related to the inability of loading the Google’s map API.
    Please make sure that you will add the gmap API key here, then test again: https://drive.google.com/a/teslathemes.com/file/d/0B-OaWUxuHvUOR0ViLUJvd29GOG8/view?usp=drivesdk

    To center the menu, please try to use this CSS:

    @media (min-width: 1200px) {
        .main-header nav > ul > li.menu-item-has-children:hover > .sub-menu {
            left: -170% !important;
        }
        .main-header nav > ul > li.menu-item-has-children > .sub-menu li {
            text-align: center;
        }
    }

    Can you tell me the screen size of the device from where you have tested the rounded footer element?

    Best Regards,
    Mihai

    Hi!
    So, thanks for the menu dropdown menu.

    The shop page, if then I decide to use VC is that going to be a problem? I tried to move the sidebar to the left, and the attachment is what I got (it seems like sidebar and body was on one another, and I left with a blank space on the right). I also tried to make the body has three product per row using this https://teslathemes.com/topic/shop-layout/ but it seems I failed (so, I deleted the function).
    If you think going with the VC is fine, then probably I’ll do that instead.

    And to remove the rev-slider from the shop page, I can just delete the shortcode? Or is there any other step that I need to do?

    I have put the Gmaps API, but it’s still blank (but then again, this one I am totally clueless. Is there any way you can check if I actually do the right thing?)

    The footer element was captured while I was on my 13″ mbp. I also noticed if I used my iphone, the shop menu (on the expanded menu) is unclickable – only the child menu is.

    thanks for being so patient with me!

    Hi there,

    Well, sorry I think I should explain myself better.

    You cannot use VC’s shortcodes in the shop page alongside with a sidebar set from the page meta because otherwise, it will break the page’s layout as you have mentioned in the screen from below.

    Please either use the page without any content and with a sidebar from the page meta or create a custom sidebar by splitting the VC row into 2 columns in order to add the widgets directly in the row’s column.

    I have solved the issue regarding the contact page by replacing a function from functions.php file.

    Yes, to remove the slider from Shop page, please just remove the shortcode from the Page’s Settings: https://drive.google.com/a/teslathemes.com/file/d/0B-OaWUxuHvUOWWNsQ1pZTXFfT0k/view?usp=drivesdk

    Please use the following Custom CSS in order to solve the problem with the line from the footer’s round shaped element:

     .rounded-border-bottom {
          height: 35px;
          bottom: 1px;
     }

    I actually can see that you aren’t using submenus at all. Have you removed them?

    Best Regards

    Hi Mihai!
    I took a break and now back with the project. Yes, I removed the sub menu for now, but I’ll keep it in mind in case I decided to use it again.

    I have a question, again,
    1. the single product page show the related product but the size is enormous, I tried to tweak the css but have no luck in doing it, maybe I’m doing it wrong. Is there any way we can control the size? I attached a picture of it here. Right now, it gives 4 big images, and since the images was so big, it took 2 row, which I don’t want. Is it possible to have like 4 or 5 smaller images in one row? I checked with my samsung galaxy tab 8″ it also shows like that. I attached the screenshot for you.

    1. The tab/mobile menu, I need to make it a bit lower than it is now, please see the picture. For the desktop menu (expanded), I was thinking to have a background but when I do it myself, it looks like the one on the screenshot. I want it the same length as the slider, and it somehow covers my logo. Do you have any suggestion?

    2. The grey thing is still there ( I decided to go just white with the background to avoid this, but there are just little things like this that I don’t know how to change it).

    3. I am intending to use some shipping, product filter and brand plug in on this website for the shop, do you have any suggestion? Or is it doesn’t matter whichever I use? And, can I use my own pop up/embedded opt-in for newsletter?

    Sorry I also put writing on the screenshot (it was a reminder for me to ask you).

    Thank you so much for the help! Appreciate it!

    Hi,

    1) I am sorry but the theme doesn’t have the option to control the number of the recommended products per row.

    You can change the size of the product images, from WooCommerce’s settings:

    https://drive.google.com/a/teslathemes.com/file/d/0B-OaWUxuHvUOQV9oMnZDV1k4S1E/view?usp=drivesdk

    After changing the values for the product’s size, please install the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ , and regenerate the thumbnails in order to get the image size you have set for your products.

    2) To lower the menu links for the mobile, please use Custom CSS:

    @media (max-width: 450px) {
        .main-header:not(.style-2) nav > ul {
            padding-top: 50%;
        }
    }

    3) I think that the grey thing should be solved by now. Can you please check again?

    4) Currently, you can try using any WooCommerce compatible widget and embed custom Newsletter pop up in the theme.
    Please contact a paid customizations service like WPmatic in case that you’ll need some specialized help with that.

    Best Regards,
    Mihai

    Hi Mihai!

    So, replying to your help:
    1) I have set up a new dimension for the images and regenerate the thumbnails, but if you check on the related products on single product page, it still has the big massive size. Any suggestion what to do about it?

    2) Thanks for the mobile nav 🙂

    3) The grey thing on the header is gone, but now on the footer it looks like the attachment. I know it doesn’t affect the site but it bothers me that the line was like that and the text was not center

    4) I have installed plug ins (payments and shipping) but have no budget yet for a customization service. In the meantime, I was checking the filter function on shop page, and when it shows the result, the sidebar always moved to the left. Where can I get this changed? It messed the page up.

    Also, when I tried the payment (I used third party) and get redirect to the shop, it looks like the attachment (on both successful and failed transaction). How can I set the page so it looks like the other page?

    Last, the cart page, when it’s empty, it always show “your cart is empty” twice, I look everywhere to eliminate one of them, but didn’t find anything. It looks fine from the backend.

    Thanks for your help!
