  Hi there!

  My website is coming along. Thanks!

  For some pages I don’t want the hero image (it’s too tall), when I turn it off, the menu disappears. (I saw the same problem in another post for the daylight template but it’s not the same in the Materialism template). How do I hide the hero image but keep the menu?

  Actually, I just noticed the menu is there, but the text is white and the BG is white, how do I change the color of the menu or the white background?

  Hi there

  In order to change the menu link’s color, please use such Custom CSS rule:

  @media (min-width: 1200px) {
      header .main-nav ul li a:hover, header .main-nav ul > li.current-menu-item a {
          color: black;
      }
  }

  Thanks for the answer and for providing the code, however this is only forcing the menu to be black color on HOVER, and without it, stays white.

  How can I have it black without the hover as well?
