    To whom it may concern:

    I can’t download my Suarez theme. I’ve unzipped, redownloaded, even tried Safari and Chrome to upload the file but it’s not working. It’s frustrating…it just keeps telling me “WordPress Failure Notice” and if I want to try again. I’ve tried countless times and it doesn’t seem to work. I’m not sure what else to do.

    i purchased the WordPress theme versus the theme itself, I assumed the theme would work fine on a WordPress.org site. Also, the test drive didn’t work so I couldn’t even try any of the themes out before I made my purchase. I really like this Suarez theme but I’m unable to even use it. Please help.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting our support service.
    It is most likely that your server runs low values for such PHP parameters as max_execution_time and upload_max_filesize .
    In this case, there are 2 options:
    1) Login by an FTP client to your domain, and upload the unzipped folder from suarez_installation.zip to your WP installation/ wp-content/themes/ folder, then access Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes and activate it.
    2) Contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the values to max_execution_time = 120 and upload_max_filesize = 48M
    Once, this set – you should be able to upload Suarez theme.
    I would like to suggest you use the second method because it will help you get rid of the further similar problems.

    Hi Shevanee,

    Thanks for the password.
    Unfortunately, I can see that while creating the FTP profile, you have granted access to an empty custom directory that doesn’t contain the WP installation and the theme.
    Please remove the actual FTP account then setup a new one and make sure that you have granted access to the domain’s root directory.

    Hi Shevanee,

    So I have been able to import the theme by removing the plugins bundled with the theme package because it caused the upload issue due to insufficient global (server side set) PHP values for max_execution_time and upload_max_filesize.

    Please either contact the hosting provider in order to ask them to increase these values to the minimum specified below or confirm the refund request.
    It isn’t theme side. Please note, that you will not be able to upload any other theme package that has more than 16mb and you will also be unable to upload the demo content for them due to the server-side restrictions.
