  When I go to add a template to my pages from visual composer, I’m not able to select any. It says I have to activate my VC license. I click on “Access Library” but I’m only able to see the templates, not actually select and use them in my page.

  Any ideas?

  I’ve uploaded screenshots of the problem and entered credentials for my site.

  Hi Rodney,

  We are really sorry but we are unable to provide you with the activation key due to the legal agreement with the plugin developer.

  Since these templates require plugin activation, you will need to buy the plugin in order to use them.

  I don’t understand mihai, this is straight from the Materialism theme though. I used another theme from you (Relive) and it wasn’t like this; I was able to use the template library.

  Are you saying the Materialism theme purposefully doesn’t allow for us to use the visual composer template library?

  If so, which of your themes do not allow for us to use the template library in visual composer?

  Hi Rodney,

  The Templates are from Visual Composer and they are not theme related so I was really wondering in case that you could use them in Relive theme because it should be exactly the same.
  This is VC’s official library, not our, so they restrict the usage only to the users that have bought the plugin from them.

  It’s the same version of Visual Composer that comes with the theme, which is 4.12.1

  The part you are trying to is not controlled by us so unfortunately, if it needs a key, we are unable to help you with it because we are restricted by rights and cannot share the activation key.
  Sincerely, I don’t know what to say here. Maybe you have activated the Visual Composer plugin for Relive theme with your own activation key or the client bought it?
