    Hello,

It appears this Winterfell theme is stopping a plugin from SiteOrigin (page builder and widgets bundle) from working, could you attempt to find out why this is/how to fix this? I’ve tested the plugins with 2 other themes, Megalith and a default WordPress one, and the plugin works.

    Thanks

    Hi Sophy,
Sorry, but unfortunately, I cannot help you with this because it is out of our service scope.
Please contact our customizations service WPmatic https://wpmatic.io/ in order to ask for a third party plugin integration.
    Kind Regards

    Hi,

I don’t want to have to create a new account and add payment details in for someone who is partnered with yourselves. (I pay for the themes, I expect to get all the support from one location). Can you contact them on my behalf?

    Thanks

    Sophy,
The support service is still from Teslathemes but this type of work is not included in the services that we offer for free for our clients.
The developers from WPmatic are the same that work for Teslathemes but we have divided the support from customizations for a better requests processing.
Please create a profile and contact them with this request.
    Kind Regards

If that’s the case can you not just email across a message, forwarding my problem to save me the trouble? I pay for your themes, I wasn’t aware of this new WPmatic support system, all I want is a quick fix from the people that I bought the themes package off. If I bought a phone from an Apple shop, I wouldn’t be expected to go directly to Apple asking them about a problem I’m experiencing with my device, the shop would do that work for me. If I bought cutlery from a Supermarket, and discovered it was broken when I opened the package, I wouldn’t go directly to the supermarket owners, I’d go to the shop where I bought the cutlery from and ask them to fix it. The same principle applies here. I bought the themes from you, I shouldn’t be expected to go out of my way A – to get my problem with your theme fixed and B – to be a customer explaining this to you.

Please can you sort this issue out.

    Sophy,
I don’t think that the example is in the right place here.
A better example would be in case you’ve bought a plate made of porcelain plate and ask for a refund because you cannot boil some water using it.
You should understand that the plugin from SiteOrigin is a third party plugin and we cannot manage to make sure that our theme is 100% compatible with thousands of third party plugins.

Please contact our new customizations service if you need any plugin integration help.
    Kind Regards

I don’t think you understand what I mean. You said it’s Tesla Staff who are at WPMatic – “The developers from WPmatic are the same that work for Teslathemes”, and this helps to balance the workload – which I appreciate. I paid for Tesla Themes, so I expect some support and assistance.

All I am asking of you is to pass this message (my original request) on to your Tesla Staff at WP Matic to save me, the customer, time and effort.

Let me be clear, I’m not looking for anyone to spend time fixing this issue, only a diagnosis.

Maybe a good idea would be to implement a contact form for those who have already paid for support, for them to submit their ticket without having to enter details and payment details into a new form, on a new site.

    Hi Sophy,
I am sorry but I think I need to repeat myself again.
You should understand that the plugin from SiteOrigin is a third party plugin and we cannot manage to make sure that our theme is 100% compatible with thousands of third party plugins.
Please read the marked with red text from our TOS:
    https://drive.google.com/a/red-sky.pl/file/d/0B11RflJnvBkjMWdlU3VGanNmcVU/view?usp=drivesdk
You need to understand also that the developers from WPmatic needs to keep the direct discussion with you for a proper understanding and you don’t need to enter any credit card details in order to setup a free profile on WPmatic. Please, let’s save each other’s time and address to the right department for this part of paid support (that is not included with the subscription) work (please see the screen https://drive.google.com/a/red-sky.pl/file/d/0B11RflJnvBkjMWdlU3VGanNmcVU/view?usp=drivesdk)
    Best Regards

    Hi,

We’ve decided to discard this issue and simply switch to a new theme.

However, I would like to know if there’s a member of staff at Tesla that I can talk to in order to provide feedback about this service.

    Thanks

I’ve just contacted our specialist from hi@teslathemes.com and he has informed me that he hasn’t received any email from you since his reply.
Please check and send it once more time.
