    Hi again, I’m concerned at the issues being experienced lately and wonder whether it is because I am using WordPress v4.5.3 and Hudson v12.0.

    Could this be a reason instead of unnecessary remedial work being done?

    Have just checked in theme settings and apparently I do have the latest version of Hudson installed:

    Hudson Version 12.0 | Framework Version 1.9.7

    Therefore can you please help me ASAP with regards to why shopping pages have changed from grid view to a one column layout as I haven’t instigated this through any CSS changes.

    Hi, can I please ask for another update on this.

    The client is becoming really upset about this issue and lack of shop so I need to know ASAP if I need to scrap this theme and redevelop elsewhere? It is becoming really urgent.

    Apologies for the delay in response, I had checked it straight away and noticed the grid view has returned in the main products area so have been able to show sufficient progression and the site is undergoing final tests.

    However, the issue still persists in the “Recent Products” area therefore I’ve hidden the “Best Sellers”; “Recent Products” and “Considered Products” areas within Hudson settings.

    Can you please update me, I see from another post that I should be expecting an upgrade this week. Will this also fix the issue related to rows appearing uneven due to short description varying lengths on other products?

    Hi Chris.
    The coming soon update will fix the issue with “Recent Products”, “Best Sellers” and “Considered Products” sections.
    The problem with rows appearing uneven depends on the product content. Please try to add the same amount of content for each product or use min-height CSS in order to increase the product height artificially.
