    Hi I am opening this as a new item although I have tried to explain it before. Here we have an example of a lady who purchased two bottles of our sauce at £4 each and was supposedly charged plus shipping as notified by the web site. But Paypal only records a charge of £8 no shipping. I cannot work this out.

    Hi Tony,

    Sorry for the delay. I have done a little research on this issue and found this article that may explain the proble you have with the shipping:

    WooCommerce 2.6+ sends shipping costs as a ‘real’ shipping line item via PayPals API. If your PayPal account has shipping rules setup within it, these will take over and remove the cost WooCommerce sends across.
