  Hello,

  I’ve sent several emails regarding this issue and have yet to receive a reply. We are having an issue with out widgets. They will not drag, or modify at all. I have to get my homepage sidebar changed out asap but I am not able to do so. Can you help?

  Hi Kelly,

  I am not sure why are you encountering the issue with the widgets but I can inspect it in case you can provide me with your WP and FTP credentials.
  As for the second issue regarding the fatal error, it looks like it is generated by one of your third party plugins https://wordpress.org/plugins/mpl-publisher/
  It looks like it requires a newer PHP version in order to run. Please make sure that you are using at least PHP 5.6 version.
